The Commercial Law Center jointly with the Academy of Judges of Ukraine is holding seminars for judges of commercial courts in different regions of Ukraine. The peculiarity of these seminars is their extremely high level and active judges’ involvement in the discussion of a wide range of problematic issues and search for constructive ways for their resolution.
