In 2008 The Commercial Law Center was a winning bidder in the tender for the implementation of the USAID charitable program “Commercial Law Project for Ukraine” (CLPU). This program is in line with those directions in the activities, which CLC has been implementing for seven previous years.

In 2007 CLC participated in the anticorruption Threshold Countries Program for Ukraine (TCP), implemented by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). One of the important components of the above program is the judicial enforcement reform, which, in particular, stipulates the improvement of the judicial enforcement and notary system. The latter component was commissioned to CLC to develop and implement jointly with the respective Departments of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
