In 2007 the study of current legislation and judicial enforcement procedure was undertaken in Ukraine.  The research findings, presented in the form of Assessment, reflect Ukrainian experts' opinion of the status of legislative regulation of the judicial enforcement procedure, as well as the analysis of the most essential problems in this area and the ways to overcome them.
