Charitable organization “The Commercial Law Center” implements a wide range of programs focused on the Ukrainian legislation reforming, systematic improvement of the legal framework and its infrastructure. The Center started its operations in 2000 as one of the most successful USIAD projects, and from 2003 – as the Ukrainian charitable organization.

Development of draft laws, monitoring and expertise of the normative-legal acts, harmonization of the Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation, improving qualification of judges and lawyers from both public and private sectors, legal education of entrepreneurs, numerous publications, public hearings and discussions, conferences, round tables – these are the directions in the Center’s activities in order to improve the legal framework and promote the effective system of legal protection.
