New version of the Law “On Restoring Debtor’s Solvency or Recognizing it Bankrupt” (#4212-VI adopted on December 22, 2011) is to take effect in January 2013. Hence it is important for legal professionals (commercial courts judges, insolvency administrators, lawyers, businesses) to get prepared for the new Law implementation.

The Commercial Law Center was actively involved into drafting of the new version of the bankruptcy law within the first phase of the “Commercial Law Program for Ukraine” (2008-2011). During Commercial Law Program for Ukraine - phase II (2011-2015рр.) CLC continues to support legislative initiatives aimed to improve insolvency procedures.
