Despite the significant progress achieved in the last few years, the reform of commercial law in Ukraine remains incomplete. Important legislative acts are still in the stage of preliminary drafts, which have still to be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or are going through multiple readings. On the other hand, significant success has been achieved in reform processes, which have required work-intensive measures.
