As a law clerk specializing in real property and mortgage law, I am attempting to learn something of the new civil laws of Ukraine. I thank those responsible for making these laws available in English.
I note that the Law of Hypothecation provides that incorporated in this law is, inter alia, the Land Code of Ukraine.
I have been unable to find the Land Code on your site. Can you direct me to this law.
