Outreach&Information Department: Olga Makara, Expert and Natalya Andriyevsky, Head of the Department

The mission of  public outreach and information department includes dissemination of information on commercial law matters, education of the general public and business community regarding rights and obligations relating to business activities, and explanation of legislative proposals and solutions developed by the CLC.  

Functions:

·  Prepare and organize publication of informational and educational materials for legal professionals, entrepreneurs and other relevant parties on monthly, quarterly and year bases (CLC Newsletter, “Ukrainian Commercial Law” Journal, series of practical guides and other manuals);

·  Circulate and monitor information on commercial law issues,

·  Facilitate broad participation in commercial law reform;  

·  Organize dialogue with the media on commercial law reform including seminars and trainings for the media representatives, press conferences, and regular press releases;

·  Provide media support for CLC events;

·  Maintain the CLC website as a useful informational resource for national and international community;

·  Cooperate with the civil society, business associations, concerned international organizations and general public.
