Bids for this tender must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd of September, 2008.  Bids will be opened in the presence of all interested
bidders at the Commercial Law Center, 13 Kruhlouniversytetska, Kyiv,  at 3:00 p.m. on the 24th of September, 2008.
