The Law of Ukraine "On Restoring Debtor's Solvency or Recognizing it Bankrupt"

The draft law "On Restoring Debtor's Solvency or Recognizing it Bankrupt" (a new version) was developed by a working group set up under the MoE Bankruptcy Department to draft amendments to the bankruptcy law. Commercial Law Center is an official member of the WG, together with Ukrainian MPs, the VRU legal experts, representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, State Property Fund, World Bank, IFC and Effective Governance Foundation.

The English translation of the draft was kindly provided by the World Bank.
