The Commercial Law Center jointly with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with active participation of the National Chamber of Bailiffs (France) organized a study tour to exchange experience in the sphere of judicial enforcement and notary system.

On June 9-13, 2009 at the National Chamber of Bailiffs in Paris the meetings with bailiffs-practitioners were held. During these meetings the specifics of functioning of the institution of private judicial enforcement in the French Republic, execution of enforcement actions and other actual issues were discussed.

The delegation also visited the Notary Chamber of France and studied the progressive experience in legal regulation of notary activity, execution of notary activity and the professional self-regulating notaries’ organization (SRO).

Among the delegation members were Ukrainian parliamentarians, representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, USAID and Commercial Law Center experts.
