CLC has performed selective monitoring of effectiveness of USREP functioning in different regions of Ukraine and provided its findings to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

To improve the system of accounting of judicial enforcement actions, to increase the level of enforced execution of court decisions and those of other bodies (officials) and to supervise the observance by state enforcement officers/agents of legislation requirements in the process of judicial enforcement, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine proposed setting up the working group and including in it the representatives of the State enterprise “Information Center” and CLC (Letter #25-53/311 of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, dated 04.13.2009).
