On June 25 the meeting of the Commercial Law Center Legal Club was held. The topic of the meeting was as follows: «Invalidity of legal actions”.

At the meeting the scientists, the Supreme Court judges and the representatives of legal firms and government institutions expressed their opinions re. this issue.

The discussion was held in the form of free exchange of ideas. At the meeting the issues of appeals against legal actions, the grounds for recognizing legal actions invalid and the degree of legal actions invalidity were addressed.
